Twenty five years ago, Linda Adams became one of our very first volunteers here at the Ronald McDonald House of Springfield, MA! Over the past 25 years Linda has become one of our most valuable volunteers by offering her time, talents and treasures! At our monthly Volunteer Committee meetings, Linda is a huge help at planning upcoming events and always shares her great ideas and suggestions for things that have worked well in the past and she always is brainstorming new creative ideas for future fundraisers and ways to either spread awareness or raise money to help support our families! From all of Linda’s experiences here over the past 25 years, she has an outstanding amount of knowledge of the house and our charity and has an excellent way of spreading awareness about the RMH and the work we do here. Linda’s opinions are always a vital part of our decision making because she is so familiar with the house, the families, and our mission!
Linda is an extraordinary person and volunteer. She brings many talents to the Ronald McDonald House and she continues to volunteer her time even after 25 years of exceptional service! Linda truly has a genuine love for the house, the children and our mission and we appreciate her every day, more than words can say!
We are extremely lucky to have such a hard-working, dedicated, thoughtful and generous person like Linda Adams as part of our family here! Thank you for the past 25 years Linda, and for continuing to be part of our team here at “The House that LOVE Built!”
“I have volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House of Springfield, for the past 25 years, because I feel that my efforts are accomplishing something, that my talents are appreciated, and that I make a difference, along with loving the people that I have worked with.” – Linda Adams
