Open Positions

Community Engagement Coordinator

Under the direction of the Chief Development Officer, the Community Engagement Coordinator will primarily oversee the third-party fundraising program, the Chapter’s stewardship efforts, and assist in executing Chapter events with an emphasis on supporting Connecticut Trees of Hope. As a key team member, work closely with other Development staff in building a sustainable and comprehensive fundraising program.

Major Gifts Officer

Under the direction of the Chief Development Officer, the Major Gifts Officer will play a major role in the overall success of the Development program and assist RMHC CTMA in meeting our annual fundraising goals. They will work closely with the Development team to implement fundraising strategies, engage and steward donors, and contribute to the organization's overall growth and success. The successful candidate will be an initiative-taking, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
