Open Positions

Family Room Coordinator

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Ronald McDonald Family Room Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Family Room program, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for caregivers with children receiving medical care. This role involves managing guest relations, maintaining the space, coordinating volunteers, and acting as a liaison between the Family Room, Baystate Children’s Hospital, and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Connecticut and Western Massachusetts.

Financial Director

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Finance Director will be responsible for the financial management of the organization, assist in financial planning for RMHC CTMA, manage third party accounting vendors, and the RMHC CTMA 403 (B) program.

While overseeing day-to-day fiscal operations and benefit packages, the Finance Director will work closely with other senior leaders, staff, and the finance committee in support of the organization’s mission. The Finance Director will be responsible for the overall financial management of RMHC CTMA.

Major Gifts Officer

Under the direction of the Chief Development Officer, the Major Gifts Officer will play a major role in the overall success of the Development program and assist RMHC CTMA in meeting our annual fundraising goals. They will work closely with the Development team to implement fundraising strategies, engage and steward donors, and contribute to the organization's overall growth and success. The successful candidate will be an initiative-taking, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
